This is a young dog depicted in gouache watercolor paint on paper. I first took and drew the outline with a mechanical pencil and then finished with the paint.

Grazing
This is a graphite pencil drawing of a horse. It is drawn on 11 by 14 inch paper.
The tools used were a:
- mechanical pencil with HB (normal hardness) graphite for the details
- softer graphite stick for the dark shadows
- mechanical eraser to make the whites in the body hairs and the lighter shades of the horse’s mane
- a couple different sizes of blending stumps to smooth out otherwise rough lines and to make the distant pieces of grass fade into the background
